WHO AM I?
Hello! My name is Jessica Scalzo and I am a peer counselor who is dedicated to helping high striving, competetive, high feeling people to liberate themselves from anorexia and expand into limitless possibilities.
EXPERIENCE
I am recovered from anorexia and binge eating that I lived with for 18 years and now help and support others through their own recovery journey. I have been in therapy for 13 years working to liberate myself from the illusion of not being good enough. I also have the experience of being a highly competitive division one collegiate distance runner.

ABOUT ME
I would be honored to work with you on your recovery journey. I am available to do in-person or online 50 minute Peer Counseling sessions. The initial session will be 40 minutes and over the phone or video chat.
FEES
Initial 40 minute Peer Counseling consultation: Free
The initial Peer Counseling consultation serves the purpose of determining if we would be a good fit as peers and if the Peer Counseling relationship will be workable for both of us. It will be over the phone or video chat.
50 minute Peer Counseling session: $185.00
*Because payments are important to the sustainability of my peer services they will be due at the time of service.
I do not take health insurance.
Consistency/No Cancellation Policy: You will have a reserved day and time each week, twice a week, or every other week. If you need to cancel, you will have the option to reschedule at a different day and/or time the week before, week of, or week after, the appointment that you needed to cancel. This may look like two appointments in one week if you attend weekly sessions.
